Open SmoothWeek → More → SmoothWeek Pro to restore purchases, redeem an Offer Code, or open Apple’s subscription management. Apple processes charges, refunds, renewal, and cancellation. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Local data, private iCloud backup, and recovery
Core client, schedule, finance-tracking, and history data is stored locally first and automatically backed up to your private iCloud database when available. Reinstalling with the same eligible Apple Account can restore an empty workspace automatically. Restore Purchases restores Pro access, while iCloud restores workspace data. Subscription expiry never deletes records; it enters read-only Locked Demo Mode. Erase All Data removes the local workspace and requests deletion of the private backup.
Apple Calendar conflict checking
Calendar access is optional and requested only when you enable conflict checking. SmoothWeek reads timed events from calendars you select, processes conflicts on device, and never creates, edits, deletes, stores, or uploads Apple Calendar events.
Notifications and Face ID
Notification permission can be changed in iOS Settings → Apps → SmoothWeek. Face ID or device authentication protects local records; biometric data stays with Apple’s secure system.
Response and safety
We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days. Include screenshots only when they contain fictional or redacted information. Do not send Apple Account passwords, one-time codes, banking details, full purchase receipts, or real client information.
